Stan Zimmerman
Stan Zimmerman’s long career covers multiple mediums (TV, film and theatre) and he’s won many LA directing awards, including one from BroadwayWorld.com. In addition, he's been nominated for two WGA Awards for Best Comedy Episodic writing for his work on the classic TV series, THE GOLDEN GIRLS and ROSEANNE.
Stan’s also written and produced on GILMORE GIRLS and co-created the Lifetime sitcom, RITA ROCKS. He was Director/Writer/EP/Creator on the Emmy-nominated web series, SECS & EXECS, on Tellofilms. In film, he wrote both BRADY BUNCH movies.
He has been busy lately writing, directing and producing theatre in Los Angeles. Some of Stan's critically-acclaimed productions include: the LatinX The Diary of Anne Frank, Heartbreak Help, Pledge, Warm Cheese, Entertaining Mr. Sloane, BLINK & You Might Miss Me, Spike Heels, A Tuna Christmas and Gemini. He also directed two of the plays he wrote with Christian McLaughlin: Yes Virginia, Knife to the Heart and Meet & Greet.
Stan has appeared on Broadway with Nureyev & the Joffrey Ballet at the Mark Hellinger Theatre and was the Host/Showrunner on Sean Hayes’ Bravo reality show, SITUATION: COMEDY. Stan also teaches audition technique classes in LA and NYC. He has a BFA-Drama NYU/Circle-in-the-Square.
Sabrina Parra
Sabrina Parra is the founder of The Scriptster. She has helped hundreds of writers on their quest to craft the perfect screenplay. Sabrina is a professional script consultant with over five years of experience as a film development executive. She honed her skills as the former Vice President of Di Novi Pictures, a production company that has grossed over $1 billion worldwide and brought you films including LITTLE WOMEN, CRAZY STUPID LOVE and A WALK TO REMEMBER. She most recently was on the producing team for Apple+/A24 film THE SKY IS EVERYWHERE.
By working closely with studios like Amazon, Apple, A24, and Netflix, Sabrina has spent her career developing projects from inception and guiding writers through the studio process. Her experience provides invaluable insight into what financiers are looking for when they read your screenplay. She values creative integrity and imagination of story above all. She believes there is nothing stronger than a film or series that allow its viewer to catapult themselves into the perspective of another.
Chris Deckard
Prior to co-founding the management/production company Fictional Entity in January 2017, Chris Deckard spent over seven years working with and representing talent at major agencies such as ICM Partners and WME. He has worked closely with traditional and new media buyers to find and develop content for domestic and international audiences. In addition to helping cast and package numerous features and series, he has evaluated thousands of scripts for actors and directors. Chris graduated from Cornell University and earned his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School.
Fictional Entity’s clients have been named to The Black List, The Hit List, The Young & Hungry List, The Blood List and been lauded by the PAGE Awards, the International Emmys and placed as finalists in The Heath Ledger Scholarship and the Academy Nicholl Fellowship The Academy Nicholl Screenwriting Awards, the AWG, ADG, SPA, and AACTA. Clients have written, directed, starred, and produced in numerous formats, including features, TV, virtual reality, and podcasts, independently and for companies like Netflix, NBCUniversal, AMC, Legendary, Meta, Marvel, Fremantle, SyFy, the CW, Warner Bros., Amazon, Blumhouse, Comedy Central, BBC, the ABC Australia, Foxtel, TruTV, Super Deluxe, Hallmark, CBS, Lifetime, E!, and MSNBC.
Chris has advised clients through multiple successful series pilot and pitch sales. He and his business partner were non-writing Executive Producers on a series pilot that sold to a major US network in 2021. In 2024, Fictional Entity client highlights include: a book-to-series pitch sale to Netflix, a first-time writer/director’s feature film entering production, the release of three series from first-time writing Executive Producers, and a feature film release.
Kirsty Bell
Kirsty Bell, founder & CEO of Goldfinch and co-founder of DREAMTOWN, initially qualified in law, then became a chartered tax adviser and strategic tax partner for a top ten firm before the age of 30. Now recognized as one of the UK’s leading filmmakers, Producers and Executive Producers of well over 100 feature films, including the 2023 Best Short Film Oscar and BAFTA winner ‘An Irish Goodbye’.
As the founder of Goldfinch in 2014, Bell demonstrates the viability of private investment in the independent film sector, pioneering new avenues for creative visionaries. She has facilitated the financing of over 300 film and TV projects, guiding more than 20 first-time directors in bringing their cinematic visions to life and is co-founder of Goldfinch’s First Flights programme. Her directorial debut feature film “A Bird Flew In,” starring Jeff Fahey and Sir Derek Jacobi, was selected for over 30 festivals, accumulating an impressive tally of 28 award wins and 30 nominations to date.
Kelly Goode
Kelly Goode is a senior entertainment creative executive with deep experience in television series current programming and development. She most recently served as Senior Vice President & Team Leader, Current Programming, at Warner Bros. Television (WBTV), the entertainment industry’s largest provider of original scripted programming for streaming platforms, premium cable, and the broadcast networks. In this capacity, Goode was responsible for day-to-day programming activities on numerous one-hour and half-hour scripted series and worked closely with many of the Studio’s most influential producers.
In this role, Goode oversaw series such as BRILLIANT MINDS and SUPERMAN & LOIS, from Berlanti Productions; BOB♥ABISHOLA, BOOKIE, and YOUNG SHELDON, from Chuck Lorre Productions; PRETTY LITTLE LIARS: ORIGINAL SIN from Roberto Aguirre Sacasa’s Muckle Man Productions and Alloy Entertainment; the upcoming JUST CAUSE, starring and executive produced by Scarlett Johansson; and more.
Prior to her promotion to SVP, Goode was Vice President, Current Programming, WBTV, from 2015–2020. During her tenure, Goode worked on series such as RIVERDALE, WESTWORLD, BATWOMAN, DC’s LEGENDS OF TOMORROW, DC’s STARGIRL, THE FLASH, GOSSIP GIRL, THE KOMINSKY METHOD, KUNG FU, LEGACIES, PEACEMAKER, SHRILL, and TITANS, among others.
Before joining WBTV, Goode was Vice President, Original Programming, at ABC Family (now Freeform), overseeing the current programming department. She began her executive career at Columbia Pictures Television and then moved on to CBS Entertainment, first as an executive in the comedy development department and then as Vice President, CBS Productions. Later, Goode was named Senior Vice President, Programming, at Lifetime Television, as part of the team that launched the network’s first original scripted series.
Goode has been involved in many professional and civic organizations. She is a board member of the “I Have A Dream” Foundation-Los Angeles and serves on the Advisory Council of the Hollywood Radio & Television Society (HRTS). She is a member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences and has been a long-time judge for The Humanitas Prize. She has also been named to industry leadership lists, including Entertainment Weekly, The Hollywood Reporter, and Black Enterprise.
Goode received her Bachelor of Arts (A.B.) with honors from Harvard College.
